What We Collect
When you place an order or interact with our site, we may collect:
● Your name, email address, and delivery address — to fulfil your order and keep you updated on its progress.
● Payment information — processed securely by Whop. We never see or store your full card details. Payment data is handled entirely by Whop in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
● Your browsing behaviour on our site — via cookies, to understand how the site is used and, where you've consented, to show you relevant advertising.
● Communications you send us — if you email us, we retain that correspondence to resolve your query.

How We Use It and Why We're Allowed To
We process your data on the following legal grounds:
● To fulfil your contract with us — processing and dispatching your order, sending order and shipping updates. This is required to complete your purchase.
● With your consent — sending marketing emails and placing non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
● Legitimate interest — improving the website experience over time, fraud prevention, and maintaining records we're legally required to keep.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except those directly involved in delivering your order or operating our business, listed below.

All third parties are contractually required to handle your data in compliance with applicable law. Some of these partners — including Shopify — may process your data outside of your country of residence, including in the United States and internationally. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place.

Note on international transfers: Our fulfilment operations involve processing based in China. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order data (name, delivery address) will be shared with our fulfilment partner for dispatch purposes.
