Your Reva Air is on its way. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If you don't see it within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder — then email us at info@revastores.com and we'll track it down.

Delivery to the US
We ship to all US states. Delivery takes 3-10 business days from dispatch.

All duties and import taxes are included in your price. There's nothing extra to pay at the door — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

A note on timing: Reva Air ships internationally, which means your order travels further than a domestic delivery. The 3-10 business day window is our honest, realistic estimate. Most orders arrive within this range.

This 3-10 day window is our carrier's estimate, not our guarantee. Once your Reva Air leaves our hands, it's in theirs. What we control is getting it out the door fast, every time. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), deliveries might be delayed

Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with full tracking. Your tracking link will be emailed to you within 48 hours of dispatch. Use it to follow your Reva Air at every stage of its journey.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, email us at info@revastores.com with your order number. We'll investigate and get back to you within 24 hours.

What Counts as a Business Day
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next available business day.

Something Doesn't Look Right?
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimate above, arrives damaged, or doesn't show up at all — email us at info@revastores.com. We'll sort it. That's not a legal obligation. It's just what we do.

Please note: once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are in the hands of the carrier. We'll always advocate on your behalf, but we can't be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruption, or events outside our control.

International Shipping
We currently ship to US addresses only. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when we expand, email us at info@revastores.com and we'll add you to the list.
