By accessing this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate at the time of publication. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product.

In the event of a pricing error — including errors caused by technical issues or third-party platform faults — we reserve the right to cancel affected orders before dispatch and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this applies to your order.

Reva Air is a personal cooling device designed for comfort. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including menopause or any associated symptoms.

Results may vary between individuals. Reva Air is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any concerns about your health or symptoms, please consult a qualified medical professional before purchasing or using this product.

By purchasing Reva Air, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer and that you are not relying on Reva Air for any medical purpose.

5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Order confirmation by email does not constitute legal acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send your shipping confirmation.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept payments via Shopify Payments and any other methods displayed at checkout. All prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If your payment is declined or a chargeback is initiated without valid grounds, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order and, where applicable, pursue recovery of outstanding amounts.

6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes stated on our site and Shipping Policy are estimates only. They are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract of sale.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or any circumstances outside our reasonable control. Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the carrier.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@revastores.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation, though we cannot guarantee outcomes dependent on carrier conduct.

7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Reva Air purchases, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns Policy. Your statutory rights under applicable law are not affected by this guarantee.

8. Prohibited Use
You may not use this site or purchase from us to:
● Resell or commercially redistribute Reva Air products without our prior written consent
● Submit false, fraudulent, or abusive orders
● Exploit pricing errors knowingly
● Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Reva or any third party
● Introduce malware, bots, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the site

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and close accounts at our discretion if these conditions are breached.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to copy, images, the Reva brand name and logo, product design, and site architecture — is the property of Reva Ventures LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing on this site grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

User-generated content submitted to us (such as reviews or emails) may be used by us for marketing purposes. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reva Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Reva Air or this website, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury not caused by our negligence.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Note for US customers: Some US states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages. Where applicable state law provides you with additional rights or protections, those rights are not excluded by these terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reva Ventures LLC and its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at info@revastores.com. If informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.

Note: The arbitration clause and class action waiver should be reviewed by legal counsel before publishing. Enforceability varies by state.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of last update noted below. Continued use of the site or placement of an order after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
